VICTOR RIDDER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Victor L. Ridder was a founding member of the Westchester-Putnam
College Conferences when they came into being in the 1970's. These
scholarships are offered to honor his name and his contributions to our
programs. Vic was the publisher of the School Guide Publications and in this
role he served the causes of education on local, state and national
levels. His public service in support of the well-being and growth of young
